By implementing the "Beyond School: The Missing Lessons" project, we hope to achieve specific and relevant goals, particularly in terms of youth work. Our primary goal is to educate and empower young people by providing them with practical knowledge, emotional tools, and practical skills that are often lacking in traditional education systems. One of our primary goals is to raise participants' awareness of the value of life skills such as emotional resilience, financial literacy, critical thinking, and self-awareness, and to show how these skills are important to their personal development, mental health, and future success. We want youngsters to understand that learning is more than just textbooks; it happens every day, in every situation. A further key objective is to promote practical action. We want participants to do more than just learn about these topics; we want them to use what they've learned in their daily lives, share it with friends, and serve as role models in their communities. This includes making better decisions, managing their time and money more effectively, and having greater confidence in their own abilities and choices. We also want to build an inclusive and supportive learning environment in which young people from various backgrounds, particularly those with fewer chances, can interact, exchange experiences, and learn from one another through non-formal methods. This technique promotes empathy, multicultural understanding, and collaborative problem solving, all of which are key values in youth work. We want to spark curiosity and motivation for learning through creative, gamified, and hands-on experiences, allowing participants to rediscover subjects such as science, history, and economics in ways that seem interesting and engaging. We seek to bridge the gap between what schools teach and what real life expects. Another goal is to build the partnerships between the organizations. We hope that working together on this project will help us make strong, long-lasting connections that will lead to more work together in the future. It's not simply the groups that matter; the people who take part also matter. We want them to make friends that will last beyond the project, so that they can form a network of young people who are committed to growing and helping each other. We also want to share with participants who are taking part more about the Erasmus+ program and how it might help them grow as individuals and professionals. A lot of young people don't know about the chances that Erasmus+ gives them, so we want to show them how they can use these programs to keep learning and growing when the project is over. They will also get a Youthpass for taking part in this project. This will help them keep track of the skills and knowledge they've learned, which will make it easier for them to use these experiences in their future studies or jobs. We want to make a difference that lasts. We don't want this project to end when those who took part go home. We want it to keep making a difference in their lives and in their communities. To do this, we will ask participants to tell others what they learned, plan follow-up activities like workshops or small meetings, and keep in touch through an informal alumni network. We also want kids to see school and learning in a new way, finding new meaning in what they learn and figuring out how to use it to grow as a person and in their daily life. Finally, we hope to strengthen the role of youth work by providing new tools, methods, and inspiration to youth workers and partner organizations so that they can continue to promote young people's personal and social development both during and after the project.
