The project aims to empower young people with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in diplomacy, equipping them with tools for intercultural dialogue, conflict resolution, and civic engagement. In today's world, marked by political tensions, misinformation, and ongoing conflicts, it is essential to provide young people with non-formal learning opportunities to understand the role of diplomacy in building peace, fostering cooperation, and strengthening European values. By implementing this Youth Exchange, we seek to: Introduce young people to the concept of diplomacy and its importance in addressing global challenges. Enhance their intercultural communication and negotiation skills through interactive learning methods. Promote critical thinking, active citizenship, and youth engagement in democratic life. Encourage participants to take part in Erasmus+ and youth-led initiatives, ensuring long-term impact.
