We want to bring together young people from different countries to explore how movement, dance, and creative expression can improve well‑being, build confidence, and strengthen inclusion. Many of our participants face social, economic, or cultural barriers, and some struggle with low self‑esteem, isolation, or a lack of healthy ways to express themselves. Our objectives are to: - Help participants discover movement therapy as a tool for personal growth and emotional resilience. - Foster intercultural understanding and solidarity by living and learning together. - Encourage empathy and social responsibility through activities such as visiting local institutions and, if possible, an elderly care home. - Inspire participants to take what they learn back to their communities, creating follow‑up activities and promoting volunteering.
