The aim of the project "No Phone Week" is to foster young people's emotional, physical, social, and ecological well-being through non-formal education methods. Today’s youth face increasing psychological challenges, burnout, social isolation, and stress caused by the environmental crisis. Therefore, this project seeks to help young people find balance between inner well-being and a responsible, sustainable lifestyle. Main objectives: To develop emotional literacy and mindfulness: Participants will deepen their understanding of stress, emotional self-regulation, and mindfulness, enhancing their ability to recognize emotions, manage tension, and build healthy relationships with themselves and others. To promote physical activity as a source of emotional well-being: Through yoga, breathing exercises, and outdoor activities, participants will connect with their bodies and recognize physical signals related to rest, movement, and self-care. To foster sustainable living and ecological awareness: The project encourages youth to understand the connection between inner harmony and environmental responsibility. Participants will learn how to sort waste, reduce single-use plastic, choose eco-conscious products, and apply sustainability principles in everyday life. To strengthen social inclusion and community-building: Participants will build intercultural connections while learning to collaborate, engage in discussions, and share experiences. Their social skills, such as empathy, active listening, and motivation for volunteering, will be enhanced. To provide tools for personal growth and restoring motivation: Project activities will help young people get to know themselves better, recognize their needs, and explore new strategies to reach personal goals without burnout. To encourage active participation in youth initiatives: Participants will be introduced to the Erasmus+ programme and other international opportunities that foster personal development, awareness, and ecological thinking. All project objectives are based on non-formal education principles, including experiential learning, reflection, outdoor activities, creative workshops, role-plays, and group work. This approach allows participants not only to acquire knowledge but also to apply it practically in their personal and community lives. The project aims to create not only short-term results but also long-lasting change — empowering young people to live sustainably, mindfully, and in balance, while inspiring the wider community by example.
