Objectives

People nowadays juggle between work and life and people can't take a moment’s break for their personal development. As time passes faster people have concerns about not keeping up with the high pace of social life. First of all, why is socialisation important for society? Socialisation is essential for people’s mental health and future well-being. It helps people to gain confidence , improve their social skills and foster empathy as well as concentrate on interpersonal skills. Why to choose the Ikigai concept in this regard? Maintenance of your mental health, ways to learn how to relax , willingness for new interactions and fulfilment of social aspects -these are key elements of the concept that inspired us to choose the concept for our project. By applying this concept we aim to contribute to social fulfilment in young people. In order to avoid social isolation, positive emotions will help people to become more socially integrated. All in all, our goal to to implement this project can be described as follows: First of all, as people suffer from a fast-paced lifestyle and its symptoms or any health challenge which affects social life and takes people away from human connection , we aim to focus on fostering people’s connection and increasing their social development. Raise more awareness among people to take a break and avoid feeling under heavy time-pressure Creating an environment for young people to introduce the importance of socialisation as it prepares young people to participate in social groups and prepares them to perform certain social roles. Work on effective communication skills and good manners in order to connect with other people, establish friendships and navigate a way through life with better satisfaction. Practise using open-body language and non-verbal communication tools effectively which encourage people to interact with others. To pay more attention to analysing main justifications of individualisation which moves people away from social life To inspire people to find their sense of purpose and establish strong connections with the help of the concept Ikigai. They will be more informed about the positive effects of Ikigai and how to explore ways to reinvigorate their individual purpose. Our project is not only about making people more aware of the importance of socialisation but also promoting their learning skills, cooperation and creativity as well. Generally , as for the objectives we want to achieve, these are : To analyse the roots of problem itself first, then go through methods to figure out To improve moral and spiritual development of participants To overcome social barriers that has impact on both people and society To encourage people to take part in intercultural dialogues To stimulate people to practise the concept Ikigai in their personal development
