This project seeks to empower young people to use artivism — the intersection of art and activism — as a way to raise awareness, express their voices, and engage actively in their communities. The goal is not only to provide artistic skills but also to nurture civic responsibility, intercultural dialogue, and social inclusion. The youth exchange will bring together 30 participants and 5 team leaders from Lithuania, Portugal, Italy, Romania, and Greece. Each group will be inclusive, with at least two young people facing fewer opportunities (economic, geographical, or social obstacles). This balance ensures diversity and fairness, making the exchange a space where all voices are valued. The programme in Lithuania will include artistic workshops, creative labs, intercultural evenings, and reflection sessions. Young people will experiment with different artistic languages — from visual arts and photography to theatre, poetry, and digital media — and learn how these can be powerful tools for dialogue and civic engagement. Daily reflection groups, the Learning Wall, and Youthpass will support them in identifying their learning outcomes. A dedicated focus on sustainability will be present through eco-actions, such as using the Greendex footprint calculator, a “Pay Your Fee” session with environmental activities, and the creation of a Sustainable Map. One of the central activities will be the Palette Power – Fair of Artivism. Participants will present their creations to the local community, highlighting the connection between art and social change. After the mobility, each group will organise a follow-up fair in their own country, reaching 10–15 local peers. Some groups will also collaborate with their sending organisations to set up “Artivism Labs” — small creative spaces to share artistic tools for civic expression. To guarantee long-term impact, results will be widely shared. An online platform will host the artworks, video testimonials, and environmental initiatives for at least three years, accessible to both youth and stakeholders across Europe. A flyer summarising the project and its results will be uploaded to the Erasmus+ Results Platform and SALTO. The Sustainable Map will link not only eco-friendly spaces but also artivism-related initiatives, connecting young people to creative and responsible practices. The impact of the project will be measured through self-assessments, reflections, and follow-up surveys. Participants will return home with stronger competencies in creativity, communication, teamwork, and civic responsibility. Organisations will benefit from new practices and expanded networks. Local communities will gain inspiration from youth-led fairs and labs. By combining art with activism, the project demonstrates how young people can play an active role in shaping society. Its legacy will continue through online resources, local initiatives, and sustained partnerships, ensuring that its results are not limited to the duration of the exchange but serve as a catalyst for future action across Europe.
