- Strengthen emotional health through creativity and well-being practices. Young people will be provided with a safe space where they can use artistic activities and well-being practices (movement art, creative writing, photography, art therapy methods, wellness activities, breathing exercises, and meditation) as a way to express their emotions, reduce stress, strengthen psychological resilience, and discover themselves creatively. This reflects the youth workers’ goal of creating an environment where young people can explore themselves and improve their quality of life. - Ensure equal opportunities by including young people from diverse social, economic, and cultural contexts. The project will involve young people with fewer opportunities (due to economic, geographical, health, or cultural reasons). In this way, our project supports the Erasmus+ aim to reduce youth exclusion and to provide all young people with equal opportunities for growth and learning. - Foster intercultural dialogue, understanding, and solidarity. Young people from different countries will have the opportunity to create together, reflect, and get to know one another, thus reducing stereotypes, fostering mutual respect, and strengthening empathy. This aspect not only promotes understanding and acceptance but also develops young people’s sense of global citizenship and encourages their participation in the European community. - Develop soft skills. Through teamwork, creative activities, and discussions during the exchange, young people will strengthen their communication, collaboration, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. These competencies are essential for young people in building their life foundations and future professional careers. - Enhance digital skills. The project will integrate a variety of digital tools (e.g., Lightroom, CapCut, social media, digital badges). These tools will not only allow young people to learn how to create digital content but also help them discover new ways in which technology can be used as an instrument for learning, reflection, and recognition of achievements. - Promote ecological awareness. During the project, participants will be encouraged to choose sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives, such as vegetarian meals, and to reflect on their daily habits related to consumption, food waste, and environmental protection. - Build long-term partnerships. The project will encourage partner organizations and young people to maintain connections after the exchange – to initiate joint projects, share experiences, and continue applying acquired practices within their local communities.
