The “Green Explorers” project aims to promote youth environmental awareness, sustainable lifestyles, and responsible citizenship, addressing young people’s need to gain practical sustainability skills and experience that can be applied in everyday life and community activities. The project will involve 42 young people from 6 countries (Lithuania, Turkey, Latvia, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania), aged 18–25, who will develop critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork skills through practical activities such as the ecological footprint game, a sustainability ideas fair, and creative workshops. The project also fosters intercultural dialogue, inclusion, and active participation in the community, with special attention to young people with fewer opportunities, ensuring that each participant acquires competencies and experience useful both personally and for the benefit of their local communities.
