Objectives

We aim to help young people—especially those facing barriers—gain everyday self-regulation during hard moments, confidence to participate in community actions, greener everyday habits and meaningful intercultural connections with peers. In practice, we use simple, adaptive practices: mindful breathwork to settle down, somatic body awareness to notice boundaries and tensions, and nature-connection routines to restore attention and care for environment. We commit to non-formal methods, plain language, tiered options, buddying, and shared decisions so everyone can take part and co-lead. By week’s end each participant will have a tested 10-minute routine and will be able to map at least three competences in Youthpass with evidence. We also want inclusive participation (at least 12 young people with fewer opportunities fully supported), concrete intercultural learning, and organisational improvement—publishing two reusable methods and adopting quality tools (inclusion adaptations, reflection methods, media flow) for weekly youth work. Target outcomes include at least 75% reporting higher stress-management confidence by Day 8 and at least 65% again at two months; adopting one low-waste habit by at least 80%, with 65% or more keeping it.
