From a youth work perspective, this project aims to counteract the forced isolation of Belarusian youth, youth workers and civil society, and foster connection with their EU counterparts. Its overall objective is to strengthen cooperation between EU and non-EU partners in the youth sector, with Belarusian organisations as central actors. In doing so, the project ensures that both European and Belarusian youth workers benefit from knowledge-sharing, networking, and joint capacity building. To achieve this, the project sets the following specific objectives: 1. Knowledge Transfer & Capacity Building: To equip 28 youth workers and activists (including the applicant organisation personnel) with practical knowledge of Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps. The focus will be on concrete skills for accessing opportunities, navigating formal procedures, and preparing successful project proposals. Both EU and non-EU participants will benefit from exposure to different realities of youth work and the exchange of good practices. Expected outcome: Participants acquire competences in project design and management, demonstrated through the development of at least 3 structured concepts; target 4–5 drafts of Erasmus+ applications by the end of the activity. 2. Network Creation & Partnership Development: To facilitate cooperation between youth organisations from the EU and Belarus, ensuring that exchanges go beyond simple networking and lead to the formulation of joint project concepts. A particular emphasis will be placed on mutual benefits: EU organisations gain access to partners, perspectives, and communities that are otherwise difficult to reach, while Belarusian organisations strengthen their links to the European youth field. Expected outcome: A new cross-border cooperation network is consolidated, producing a minimum of 3 structured partnership concepts ready for further development and submission under Erasmus+. 3. Empowerment & Strategic Visibility: To empower participants—both from EU and non-EU contexts—as active agents in international youth work, reinforcing their ability to represent their organisations and communities at the European level. This increases the visibility of youth work in challenging contexts while also expanding the thematic and geographic scope of cooperation for European partners. Expected outcome: Participants take visible roles in dissemination, contributing at least 10 individual outputs (short videos, blogs, testimonies, or social media posts). This strengthens recognition of Belarusian youth expertise within the Erasmus+ community and enhances the international profile of participating EU organisations
