he problem of involving older youth in activities is increasingly noticeable, typical for many regions of Lithuania. The project "Waves of Growth" aims to create a space where older young people could improve their skills and competences in various areas: IT, art, self-development, emotional health, movement and digital literacy. The main goal is to strengthen the skills of young people through informal activities, promote citizenship and community involvement and provide knowledge about EU values. The planned tasks are: to create a "Waves of Growth" community for short-term and long-term activities, organize 5 meetings-discussions with inspiring people, hold 5 meetings with representatives of municipalities, sign an agreement on sharing experience, prepare a communication campaign and involve about 400 participants.
