This project unites Panevėžys district youth, addressing the lack of meaningful activities in rural areas by fostering emotional intelligence and interpersonal connections. Youth will not only participate but also take the lead in organizing activities, developing leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while actively engaging in their community. Objectives: Strengthen youth connections, motivation, and community spirit through interactive group activities. Address the lack of recreational opportunities in rural areas by promoting active youth engagement. Enhance emotional intelligence and self-regulation skills to help youth manage stress. Equip young people with leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Encourage youth participation in decision-making and raise awareness of EU policies.
