Our project offers a diverse range of activities combining sports, music, and intercultural learning through a non-formal education approach. These activities are designed to be accessible to all participants, regardless of skill level, and adapted to the specific needs of young people. They are based on the principle that sports and music are universal languages that foster connection, self-expression, and self-confidence. In the sports component, we will organize inclusive physical activities such as cooperative games, hikes, non-competitive tournaments, dance sessions, and body-expression workshops. These activities aim to promote movement, release energy, and raise awareness of the importance of an active lifestyle. They will be complemented by discussion workshops focusing on health, well-being, and stress management. In the musical and artistic component, participants will engage in collective creative workshops, including percussion, singing, beatboxing, text writing, and rhythm-setting for poems. The aim is to provide spaces for free and creative expression, where everyone can contribute through playing, singing, writing, or active listening. A public presentation, such as a small concert or performance, will showcase participants’ work and enhance their sense of achievement. Intercultural and social activities will include exchange and reflection sessions, cultural evenings where each national group presents its traditions (music, dance, gastronomy), workshops on European values, and discussions on diversity and inclusion. The project will gather approximately 40 young people aged 13 to 16 from partner countries including Belgium, France, Italy, and Luxembourg, accompanied by 8 educators. Participants will be selected with particular attention to diversity, including young people with fewer opportunities (social difficulties, isolation) as well as motivated youth interested in discovering new cultures and engaging in a collective project. This mix is essential to promote inclusion, mutual learning, and solidarity. Overall, the planned activities aim to provide a comprehensive experience combining movement, creativity, openness, and active participation. They will enable young people to enhance their well-being, social skills, and intercultural competencies while enjoying a meaningful and enriching European experience.
