This initiative seeks to provide young individuals (ages 18–25) with vital leadership competencies to prepare them for active civic participation and career advancement. It addresses the existing deficiency in leadership training among the youth by merging theoretical insights with practical experiences. Through engaging workshops, discussions, and collaborative activities, participants will delve into subjects such as civic duty, democratic involvement, and social innovation. The initiative encourages cross-cultural teamwork and nurtures a robust sense of European identity by inviting participants from three different countries to exchange experiences and collaborate. By the conclusion of the program, young individuals will possess a deeper understanding of their responsibilities in shaping their communities and will be empowered to lead with assurance, resilience, and an awareness of social and environmental issues.
