Objectives

We aim to empower youth workers with practical, creative, and nature-based tools that strengthen their capacity to respond to the urgent challenges facing young people today. By combining embodiment, dream-tending, storytelling, and ecological education, the project seeks to enrich daily youth work practice with innovative methods that foster resilience, inclusion, and creativity. Objectives - Deepen the use of embodiment, dream-tending, expressive arts and nature-based practices in youth work - Equip youth workers to guide young people in exploring meaning, identity, and personal resilience through both embodied and symbolic processes. - Enhance the capacity of youth workers to support disadvantaged and hard-to-reach youth - Provide tools to engage young people who face exclusion due to socio-economic barriers, migration, rural isolation, or anxiety caused by global crises. - Ensure that youth workers can adapt embodimentdream-tending, expressive arts and nature-based practices into inclusive, accessible practices that promote participation and belonging. - Strengthen resilience and well-being within youth work practice - Support youth workers in developing skills for trauma-sensitive facilitation, addressing eco-anxiety, and transforming uncertainty into opportunities for growth. - Promote well-being not only for young people but also for youth workers themselves, ensuring long-term sustainability of their practice. - Foster creativity and innovation in youth work - Integrate arts-based tools with ecological and embodiment practices, creating interdisciplinary methods that enrich youth programmes. - Encourage experimentation and peer-to-peer exchange, enabling youth workers to co-create new practices that can be transferred back to their organisations. - Promote intercultural learning and solidarity - Bring together youth workers from 8 countries to share experiences, realities, and strategies for supporting young people in times of instability. - Build a European network of practitioners committed to using innovative, inclusive, and sustainable practices in youth work. - Ensure sustainability and recognition of youth work competences - Use Youthpass to make learning outcomes visible and transferable, strengthening the professional identity of youth workers. - Ensure long-term impact by supporting participants to implement follow-up workshops in their local communities. By embedding embodiment, dreamwork, expressive arts and nature-based practices into youth work practice, the project not only supports youth workers’ personal and professional growth but also equips them to guide young people through the challenges of conflict, uncertainty, and ecological crisis. The objectives ensure that the project achieves a lasting impact on youth work quality, innovation, and recognition at local, national, and European levels.
