The project aims to support youth workers who already know Nonviolent Communication (NVC) but struggle to sustain it in daily life, especially in moments of stress or conflict. From the perspective of youth work practice, our objectives are: 1. To strengthen youth workers’ ability to remain constructive and supportive in their daily work, even under stress or conflict, using NVC as one of the tools. 2. To provide practical methods (such as embodied practices, peer reflection, and NVC) that help youth workers integrate healthy communication and resilience into their professional and personal lives. 3. To build emotional resilience and confidence so that youth workers can serve as positive role models and create safer spaces for young people. 4. To foster peer support networks where youth workers feel connected and encouraged, reducing isolation and burnout, and encouraging cooperation across Europe. 5. To equip participants with concrete strategies to bring back to their organizations—whether in conflict resolution, resilience building, or NVC-based approaches—so the project has a multiplying impact on youth work practice. By reaching these objectives, the project directly improves the quality of youth work practice, making it more inclusive, sustainable, and effective in responding to the challenges youth workers face today.
