The project brings together partners motivated to support learning and inclusion of young parents in their communities. The aim of the project is to provide those youth workers working as facilitators, mentors and trainers an opportunity to develop their competencies needed to work with young parents - people who have had a baby when still in their teens or before the age of 25. We expect that this project will contribute to reaching two wider goals: - To create a supportive environment for young parents, including teenage parents, in order to encourage their professional and personal development and wellbeing; - To create a more inclusive and supportive environment in the participating communities, enabling participation of parents in the community life with special focus on opening the youth centres and youth spaces to the parents and addressing their needs.
