With “Podcast of the Future – Stories that Change the World” we want to open a new door in youth work. Today, youth workers are more than advisors – they are mentors, facilitators, and role models that young people look up to. But without proper tools and modern methods, it is difficult to reach a generation living in a digital culture. That is why the project has three main directions: • Strengthening leadership competences – participants will develop skills for leading groups, creating safe spaces, and motivating young people from diverse backgrounds. Leadership will be built through practical activities, debates, and methods of non-formal education. • Digital creativity and communication – the podcast is a medium that young people already use and value. We will turn it into an educational tool: participants will learn how to record, edit, and produce high-quality content that conveys messages of inclusion, participation, and resilience. • Intercultural and European dimension – seven countries, seven different contexts, but one common goal: to create a network of youth workers who will continue to collaborate even after the project ends. In essence, we want youth work to become more relevant for today’s young people. Instead of messages that remain inside classrooms or seminars, we will build messages that can be heard on a mobile phone, on the bus, or at home. In this way, youth workers will become voices that inspire – close, accessible, and authentic.
