Objectives

The project “Digital Entrepreneurship in Cultural Diversity for Youths” aims to empower young people through non-formal learning by combining digital skills, entrepreneurship, and cultural diversity. By working together across partner countries, participants will gain practical experience in planning and managing cultural events such as inclusive art festivals. Our objectives are to provide young people with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice in areas such as event management, budgeting, fundraising, digital marketing, and volunteer coordination. Through workshops, interactive sessions with experts, and peer-to-peer learning, participants will not only strengthen their professional competences but also develop essential soft skills like teamwork, leadership, creativity, and problem-solving. The project will also create a Digital Guidebook with step-by-step instructions for organizing festivals, as well as a YouTube channel for sharing learning materials and success stories. These resources will remain available after the project, supporting other young people and youth workers interested in entrepreneurship and cultural management. While participants will gain valuable practical skills in event organisation and entrepreneurship, the project equally prioritises transversal youth development competences. These include intercultural dialogue, resilience, creativity, teamwork and active European citizenship. By combining vocational and personal development outcomes, the project empowers young people not only to organise inclusive festivals, but also to become more confident, socially responsible and active members of their communities. By promoting intercultural dialogue, diversity and inclusion, the project encourages young people to take initiative, build confidence and apply their new skills in real-life contexts. In this way, it contributes to youth empowerment, active citizenship and the development of innovative practices in youth work.
