Objectives

Our project dares to merge what rarely comes together: the art of coaching, the science of memory transformation, and the intelligent use of digital tools. Unlike conventional training that teaches either motivational techniques or digital innovation, this initiative will weave them into one coherent approach that equips youth workers to transform negative experiences into resources for growth and optimism. We want to give youth workers a practical set of methods they can use immediately in daily work. Instead of abstract theory, we will train them to run 20-minute coaching micro-sessions where they help a young person set a tiny but realistic goal, reframe a negative thought, and practice an imagery exercise that lessens the sting of a painful memory. Our main aim is to strengthen youth workers’ capacity to enhance positive thinking and motivation and to reduce the negative impact of painful memories among young people in our partner communities, using a reproducible coaching model supported by digital tools. our main objectives are: To equip youth workers with a standardised coaching and thinking-transformation toolkit deliverable in short, practical sessions; To integrate simple, ethical AI supports that reinforce learning between sessions and keep motivation alive; To embed safe routines that help young people consolidate positive thinking and weaken the grip of negative memories in everyday life; To raise youth motivation and social participation, evidenced by improved wellbeing scores and higher re-engagement in education, training, volunteering, and work.
