The "Building Bridges - Enhancing Inclusion" initiative was started by the organisers to address the migrant youth inclusion difficulties by establishing an interactive forum for discussion and resolution of the problems. Sports and the arts will be used as commonplace activities to achieve this. Although it varies in severity among European nations, migrant exclusion remains a concern. Because of the emphasis on language training for youth, exclusion and bullying are less widespread in Portugal. But in the other participating countries, like Croatia, immigrants frequently face hostility from both the state and their fellow citizens. The "Building Bridges - Enhancing Inclusion" main goal is to train youth workers how to navigate the cultural environment by involving both local and migrant youth in shared activities. This will be strengthened by pursuing the subsequent objectives: 1. Initiate meaningful discussions about participants' personal experiences; 2. Enhance participants' understanding of European cultures and languages; 3. Promote teamwork among individuals from different backgrounds; 4. Enhance participants' communication skills; 5. Raise awareness of issues that are important to participants. Furthermore, our project aims to contribute to the objectives of the Erasmus+ program by promoting inclusion and encouraging the discussion about its importance across target groups (youth workers, youth, NGOs) in Europe. This will be accomplished through a variety of methods, for example: - We will prepare an e-booklet containing the information we discussed during the project, along with instructions on how to engage immigrant youth in recreational sports and artistic endeavors; - Workshops on inclusion's importance for youth workers in all the partner countries after the training course; - Usage of social media, blogs, and the press to spread the ideas to the target groups and other related parties; and many more.
