Participants are already familiar with the administrative and technical aspects of Erasmus+ youth exchanges (applications, budget management, Mobility Tool/Beneficiary Module). This training will therefore focus on the qualitative dimensions—youth participation, intercultural learning, evaluation, impact, well-being, and risk management—guided by an experienced trainer bringing fresh perspectives and innovative methods. Our aim is to improve the quality of international youth exchanges by creating a meaningful training space for youth workers to reflect, share practices, and explore innovative approaches—strengthening both their skills and their partnerships, and ultimately using youth exchanges as a powerful tool for youth empowerment. Our objectives are to: • Equip participants with advanced knowledge and practical tools on the qualitative dimensions of youth exchanges (youth participation, intercultural learning, evaluation, impact measurement, well-being, risk management). • Foster a collaborative environment where youth workers can share experiences, reflect on challenges, and improve their practices. • Strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones to support future Erasmus+ youth exchanges. • Take a step back from purely administrative aspects to reconnect with the deeper purpose of youth exchanges as tools for empowerment and active citizenship. • Introduce participants to innovative methodologies and digital opportunities (such as EU Academy e-learning tools) that can help reduce barriers to participation. A very operational objective will be to ensure that the tools, methods, and resources remain accessible after the project through a shared repository (Dropbox with materials and references).
