The project aimed to strengthen the competences of youth workers and volunteers to effectively prevent and address bullying, discrimination, and exclusion in youth environments, while promoting inclusion, resilience, well-being, and mental health of young people. From the perspective of youth work practice, the objectives were to: • Equip youth workers with innovative non-formal methods (art, digital tools, green skills, intercultural learning) to foster safe and inclusive spaces. • Develop youth workers’ capacity to design, implement, and evaluate interactive workshops with young people on bullying prevention and well-being. • Enhance skills in critical thinking, facilitation, digital inclusion, and resilience building, directly applicable to youth work settings. • Create a European network and toolkit of tested non-formal education practices that can be used across organisations and schools. • Ensure long-term transfer of learning into organisational strategies and local youth work practices.
