With the implementation of this project we want to achieve improvements in youth work by means of digital transformation so it feels natural to young people, is safer, and uses fewer resources. In the project partner countries many youth centers still use paper handouts and slow feedback, while staff lack practical skills in digital facilitation, media making and online safety. The project answers these gaps through a professional development course with connected online parts and by producing a Playbook and recorded video tutorials that youth workers can follow step by step. The aim of the project is to strengthen the digital transformation of youthwork by improving digital skills of youth workers by non-formal education methods. 1. to raise awareness among the youth workers of importance of digital transformation in youthwork and its opportunities; 2. to equip youth workers with essential digital skills and methods through non-formal learning; 3. to exchange good practice about digital youthwork among participating youth workers; 4. to promote sustainable practices in youth work among participants by reducing paper-based activities; 5. to elaborate educational materials and guidelines to support use of digital tools in the youthwork; 6. to promote Erasmus+ programme, Youthpass certificate and YOCOMO competence model. From the perspective of youth work practice, we will contribute to the digital transformation and further development of the youthwork with the implementation of the project. We will raise awareness among youth workers about why digital transformation matters in youth work and what opportunities it brings for access, inclusion and engagement. During the project we will promote installing a paper-light routine that matches youth culture. Thus QR sign-ins may replace paper sheets, a one-page hub replaces printed handouts, collaborative boards replace flipcharts, and feedback comes through a short form with a one-chart snapshot. the project will promote digital facilitation so sessions are lively and interactive. Youth workers will learn to run energisers, group work and micro-sessions with boards, polls and short interactive modules. Additionally, we will promote approach safety and privacy by design a visible norm. This will mean house rules, photo choices, consent prompts, moderation routines, password hygiene and two-factor setup become part of every session plan so young people see safer boundaries and staff handle issues consistently. Finally, implementation of these approaches and digital tools will contribute to minimizing ecological footprint footprint of digital practice without cutting quality - this is the practical change we want to achieve.
