The aim of the "Word by Word in modern World" project is to draw young people's attention to the importance of reading in our lives and to address an important social problem, which is the fear of changes related to rapid and intensive technological progress, which contribute to deepening intergenerational barriers, increasing the sense of alienation and exclusion. Literature allows you to develop the ability to think creatively and empathize. By working on your own texts on ecological topics, participants will be able to imagine the consequences of further climate change. An additional advantage of creative writing is the opportunity to take on the role of another person. This allows you to try to understand another person's perspective. The most important goals of the project are: - Developing writing skills. - Popularizing reading among young people. - Promoting ecological attitudes. - Developing empathy towards people from discriminated groups. - Creating a space for self-expression. - Improving the mental state of the project participants and recipients. - Developing the ability to critically approach contemporary technology and mass culture. - Preparation and development of a social campaign aimed at young people in our countries, addressing the above-mentioned topics.
