Digital skills and competences

Objectives

Through the implementation of the project “Log Out to Life – Youth Building Real Relationships”, we aimed to support young people in developing key social, emotional, digital, and intercultural competences. Our goal was to create a space where participants could learn how to build healthy interpersonal relationships, communicate effectively, cooperate with others, and resolve conflicts. An important objective of the project was also to raise awareness about the impact of technology and digital media on young people’s daily lives. We wanted to help participants develop healthy digital habits, manage their online time more effectively, and find a better balance between the digital world and real-life relationships. The project also aimed to strengthen intercultural competences through cooperation between young people from Poland, Hungary, and Jordan. Through shared activities, participants had the opportunity to better understand cultural diversity and develop openness, tolerance, and mutual respect. Additionally, we wanted to strengthen young people’s self-awareness, self-confidence, and active citizenship. By actively participating in workshops, integration activities, and follow-up initiatives, participants gained practical experience and skills that they can apply in both their personal and social lives.
