We want to carry out this project because, as young people living in increasingly diverse societies, we often face misunderstandings, prejudices, and stereotypes that we feel unprepared to address. Our goal is to equip youth with the right tools through education and intercultural dialogue to reduce xenophobia and racism. From a youth work perspective, we aim to: Foster open-mindedness, tolerance, and intercultural understanding among youth. Provide practical skills to overcome prejudice, discrimination, and exclusion. Create safe spaces for intercultural dialogue and cooperation, helping participants see diversity as enriching rather than threatening. Strengthen young people’s resilience to manipulation and extremist rhetoric in schools, media, and politics. Ultimately, we want to empower youth as active promoters of inclusion and democratic values, standing against rising xenophobia and polarized debates in their communities.
