The "ARTcelerate your potential" project was created in response to the specific needs of young people from three countries: Poland, Romania and Turkey. Our experience in working with youth has shown that young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, often struggle with limited access to digital tools and artistic resources, which hinders their social and professional development. Among the key challenges we aim to address are: Low level of digital skills - Many young people, particularly from marginalized backgrounds, lack access to professional artistic tools and the skills to use them effectively. Lack of space for artistic expression and social integration - Art and culture are powerful tools for breaking barriers, yet many young people do not have opportunities to express themselves creatively. Limited awareness of their potential and lack of self-confidence - Young people often do not believe in their abilities and fail to see how they can use them in the future. Project Objectives Developing digital and artistic skills - Participants will learn how to use digital art tools (graphic design, video editing, photography, music production), increasing their chances in the job market and social life. Promoting social inclusion through art and creativity - The project will enable young people to collaborate in international teams, overcoming language and cultural barriers. Strengthening self-confidence and social skills - Through teamwork, presenting their own creativity, and participating in an international exchange, young people will gain confidence and experience in group work. Creating accessible educational resources - An interactive online exhibition and a digital tools guide will be developed, making the project’s results available to a wide audience. Encouraging young people to actively participate in social life - Participants will learn how to use their artistic and digital skills to engage in both local and international initiatives. The project aligns with the core values of the Erasmus+ program, combining education, culture, and social inclusion. It responds to the real needs of young people, providing them with tools for creative growth and increased social engagement
