The “All We Need is Music” project was created in response to the need to use music as a tool for supporting the personal, social, and emotional development of young people. Working with youth has shown that music has a significant impact on their well-being, motivation to learn, concentration, and ability to express emotions. The goal of this project is to introduce practical methods for integrating music into non-formal education and youth work. During the training course, participants will acquire specific tools and techniques for using music, which will enhance their professional skills and improve their effectiveness in working with young people. The focus will be on developing key competencies such as creativity, teamwork, communication, and emotional awareness. The project also aims to support young people with fewer opportunities, who may face economic, social, or discrimination-related barriers. Through music, we aim to create an environment where they can express themselves and build a sense of belonging. Beyond educational activities, the project includes collaboration with local musicians and media to promote music education and highlight its importance in youth development. Through international cooperation, participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, learn new methodologies, and create professional networks that will facilitate further career growth and the implementation of new initiatives using music in education.
