Communication is the foundation of successful relationships and effective functioning in both personal and professional life. Effective communication requires not only a clear message, but also the ability to listen, understand the other person's perspective and respond appropriately to the information received. It is a key tool in both personal and professional relationships because it allows you to build trust, resolve conflicts, cooperate and achieve common goals. The main goal of the project is to organize an 8-day training based on non-formal education, which will train 30 youth workers (aged 18+) from partner countries. The main outcome of the project is to equip participants with skills, new tools, and methods necessary for their personal and professional development, especially in the areas of effective communication and conflict resolution, including: Raising awareness among 30 participants about the importance of communication, communication barriers, and their impact on social relationships and the quality of youth work at both local and international levels. Providing 30 participants with tools for effective communication and conflict resolution, useful in both professional and personal life, with a particular focus on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) methods. Improving the quality of youth work by activating the personal development process of youth workers, particularly their social skills and effective communication. Exchanging international experiences, creating a networking platform and a good practices guide, and implementing newly acquired knowledge and methods in youth work within 6 months after completing the course.
