Objectives

Project Overview The “NextGen Support” project aims to improve the quality of work with marginalized youth by training youth workers, developing modern tools and educational materials, and promoting international cooperation. Our activities are designed to have a lasting impact on youth work at the local, regional, and European levels. Project Objectives Development of youth workers’ competencies A key component of the project is the organization of international workshops that will allow 35 youth workers to gain practical skills in assessing youth needs and designing supportive actions using AI tools. These workshops, conducted in an international environment, will provide a space for exchanging experiences and learning best practices from different countries. We expect that at least 85% of participants will demonstrate a significant increase in these competencies. Implementation of modern AI tools in youth work The project plans to develop at least 10 supporting tools, such as needs mapping systems, demographic analyses, and recommendations for supportive actions. These tools will be developed in collaboration with partner organizations and tested during local workshops. As a result, they will enable more precise identification of youth needs and tailoring of actions to their specific situations. Creation of educational resources To ensure the sustainability of project results, we will develop two manuals: “AI in Diagnosing Youth Needs”, which will include best practices in data analysis and examples of its application in youth work. “How to Reach Marginalized Youth Using AI”, focusing on designing supportive actions tailored to youth needs. These publications will be promoted through social media campaigns and distributed to at least 50 youth organizations. Organization of local workshops and online meetings After the project, participants will organize two workshops in each partner country to share acquired skills and tools with local communities. Additionally, three online meetings will take place to facilitate experience exchange among partners and further improvement of implemented methods. Strengthening international cooperation The project will lay the foundations for long-term collaboration among partner organizations. Partners will jointly implement at least two new international projects within two years of project completion, allowing further development of the tools and methodologies created during the project. Promotion and sustainability of project results Project results, including AI tools and manuals, will be promoted through social media campaigns. The campaign will include educational content such as instructional videos, infographics, and publications showcasing project successes, reaching a broad audience at both local and European levels. The “NextGen Support” project will benefit both youth workers and marginalized youth. Youth workers will gain new competencies and tools to respond more effectively to the needs of young people. Partner organizations will acquire sustainable resources supporting their work, and youth will receive more tailored support, increasing their engagement in social and educational activities. By promoting project results and fostering international cooperation, the project will create the foundation for the long-term development of the youth work sector.
