We want to implement this project in order to strengthen the voice of young people – especially young women – in social and public life. Our goal is to create a space where youth can feel their agency, learn how to engage in dialogue with decision-makers, and gain the civic competences needed in the 21st century. The project aims to develop knowledge about democracy, human rights, and gender equality, as well as practical skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and argumentation. We want participants to build self-confidence and courage to express their opinions, while also learning social responsibility. The project will create bridges between youth and decision-makers, activating young people in their local communities. In the long term, we aspire to inspire them to undertake their own civic initiatives, strengthening the role of youth – especially women – in shaping a future based on dialogue, respect, and equality.
