The project is a response to the needs of young people related to the lack of space to engage in public debate and influence youth policy. Faced with challenges such as alienation, loneliness, poor demographic prospects and difficulties experienced in the labour market (according to the report ‘Stan Młodych 2025’), young people feel that their lives are becoming increasingly difficult, their voices are marginalised, and at the same time they have limited access to tools that would allow them to actively shape their reality. We respond to the problem of young people's lack of influence by developing their skills through participation in educational events, cooperation with experts and decision-makers, and online work. At the same time, we address the core of the identified challenges – we develop the skills of beneficiaries (which will support them in the labour market) and connect them with each other, demonstrating the value of cooperation.
