We want to deliver “Subcarpathia Sm@rt City” because young people in Rzeszów and Stalowa Wola report low agency, limited Smart City literacy, and too little dialogue with local government. We address these gaps by combining competence building, learning-by-doing, and real influence. Main objective: empower youth as co-authors of urban change. Specific goals: prepare 20 youth leaders to run education-and-dialogue actions (train-the-trainer, Youthpass); launch school-based listening through “City of the Future through Youth Eyes” workshops and collect insights; co-create with youth the Smart City Youth Voice Strategy with city roadmaps; develop and release a bilingual Smart City Knowledge Kit as OER; test structured dialogue with decision-makers (two debates) and scale dissemination locally and EU-wide. Outcome: durable tools, stronger competences, and shared decision-making aligned with the European Green Deal.
