The Compass – Navigating Values for a Flourishing Future project addresses the challenges young people face in today’s BANI world (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible). Compass fosters emotional intelligence, resilience, and civic engagement by promoting the European Common Values as a way of living. Main objectives: Develop emotional intelligence, strengthening self-awareness, empathy, and self-regulation to improve decision-making processes. Promote resilience, equipping youth with tools to face change and crises with balance and hope. Foster civic engagement, inspiring participants to act locally and globally in defense of democracy, human dignity, and social justice. Compass prepares young people to understand both their personal values and the values that unite Europeans, empowering them to act as ethical citizens and agents of change in their communities.
