The “Click for Change” project arises from the need to empower young people to use digital tools strategically as a means of active participation in society, promoting civic engagement and raising awareness of social issues. Today, information is available at just one click, but many young people lack the digital skills to use technology critically and effectively in promoting social change. To ensure active involvement of participants, collaborative sessions will be organised from the very beginning of the project, allowing them to share their expectations and ideas about the activities to be developed. These sessions will make it possible to adapt methodologies to their realities and interests, ensuring that everyone feels an integral part of the process. Learning will be based on non-formal education, including interactive workshops, digital challenges, case studies, and simulations. These approaches will allow young people to directly experience the impact of digital tools on activism, communication, and democratic participation. In addition, working groups will be created in which participants can develop practical projects such as awareness campaigns and digital content with social impact. The project will include gamified challenges and competitions, encouraging participants to creatively apply the skills they acquire. Their involvement will be recognised through certificates, mentoring opportunities, and the promotion of the best content on the project’s social media channels. Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with experts in digital fields and social activism, by taking part in debates and conferences with experienced guests. The exchange with young people from different cultural backgrounds will provide a broader perspective on the challenges of digital participation in Europe. Mentorship activities will also be organised to support participants in developing their digital campaigns. The dissemination of results will take place through social media, collaborative platforms, and public events, where the participants themselves will play a central role in sharing their journey and learning outcomes. Continuous discussion spaces will be created, ensuring regular follow-up and adaptation of strategies when necessary. Videos, podcasts, and articles will be produced to document and share the project’s impact, enabling other young people to benefit from the knowledge acquired. After the project ends, young people will be encouraged to apply the knowledge gained in their communities, while an active communication channel among former participants will be maintained for the exchange of experiences and mutual support. The creation of a sustainable network of young digital activists will ensure that the impact of “Click for Change” lasts beyond its formal duration, fostering more active and informed digital citizenship. Furthermore, partnerships with local and international organisations will be strengthened to continue providing training and collaboration opportunities, ensuring long-term impact.
