The goal of this project is to empower youth workers with the knowledge and tools to promote sustainability and climate change adaptation. Climate change is already affecting Europe, the fastest warming continent, and it is crucial that youth workers are prepared to educate young people on sustainable practices. By raising awareness and providing practical resources, we aim to create a network of Sustainability Ambassadors who can inspire and lead future generations toward a greener and more resilient future. Our objectives include raising awareness of the environmental and health benefits of sustainable practices, such as plant-based diets and eco-friendly transport. We want to address gaps in sustainability education across Europe by equipping youth workers with the tools to act effectively and inspire young people. Moreover, the project aims to foster collaboration between youth organizations, creating a network that will drive future projects and initiatives focused on climate action. Ultimately, we aim to inspire youth workers to recognize their role in shaping a sustainable future. By empowering them to take action and educate others, we hope to contribute to a lasting positive impact on both local communities and the world at large.
