Our groups of young people in Romania, Spain, and Poland are actively involved at a local level - through artistic, sports, and cultural events, as well as various workshops designed to help develop their social skills and and other competences. Many of the youngsters who contributed to idea-gathering and to drafting this application are already very active and engaged in their communities as volunteers, taking initiative to create and implement activities for their peer youngsters. These young people are slowly preparing to enter the labour market in the next years. Some are already working part-time, others are currently seeking for such opportunities, while most are still exploring possible jobs and career paths. One of their main challenges and also opportunities is the rapidly changing environment, where jobs are constantly evolving into different jobs, digital skills and AI skills are becoming quite important, and there is a lot of confusion about whether the skills learned in school will be enough for future career development. A common feature of our 3 organisations is that we work with 2 main types of youngsters: on one side, creative and artistic individuals, full of inspiration and talents; on the other, pragmatic youngsters with a passion for IT, programming, sciences, and digital tools. As youth workers with experience in Erasmus+ and international cooperation, we see a great potential in combining these profiles. By joining creativity with technical skills, we can support young people to transform their talents into opportunities for learning, working, and even entrepreneurship. This project is designed to help young people in our communities connect their talents with entrepreneurship and media literacy, guiding them to find opportunities for education / work / entrepreneurship. Our objectives are: * By the end of the youth exchange, at least 75% of the participants will reflect on their personal talents (creative / artistic / technical) during workshops and self-assessment surveys and will be able to link them with at least one (potential) career / learning path; * By the end of the youth exchange, participants will gain a better understanding of labour market trends and needs, with at least 75% being able to name at least three future skills or career opportunities (local / online / abroad) - these will be identified through workshops, special guests talks, and interactive sessions; * During the youth exchange, participants will work together to produce at least 10 social media reels that will show how creativity and technical skills can be combined in professional or personal contexts, to help young people promote themselves and / or find job opportunities easier.
