Through the #StartMeUp project, we aim to bridge the gap between young people's entrepreneurial aspirations and their practical skills. From a youth work perspective, we want to move beyond theoretical, school-based approaches and create a dynamic, non-formal learning environment where participants can safely experiment, fail, and learn. Our core objectives are to: 1. Equip 30 young people aged 16-20 with foundational entrepreneurial competences through hands-on workshops in business modeling, market analysis, and risk evaluation, moving them from abstract ideas to actionable plans. 2. Foster initiative and critical thinking by guiding participants to identify real community problems and develop viable business or social initiatives, with at least 80% pitching their ideas to local entrepreneurs for real-world feedback. 3. Co-creating a 5-episode informational podcast. This turns them from passive consumers into active creators and knowledge multipliers for their peers. 4. Ensure social inclusion by reserving at least 50% of participant spots for youths from disadvantaged backgrounds (e.g., rural areas, NEETs), providing them with equal access to transformative non-formal education and an international support network.
