By implementing this project, we aim to support the personal and professional development of young participants, offering them non-formal learning opportunities that will improve their mental health and overall well-being. From the perspective of youth work, the project objectives include: O1. During the 12 mouths of project, participants will acquire knowledge about mental health and identify ways to combat stereotypes. At least 90% of participants will be able to explain these methods at the last quiz end of the project. => As a result of the project, participants will be much more aware of the importance of mental health in their daily lives. They will be able to recognize stereotypes and prejudices related to mental health and adopt a more open and empathetic perspective. Thus, they will be able to share the knowledge gained with other young people in their communities, contributing to reducing stigmatization. O2. During the 7 days mobility workshops, participants will learn practical techniques for managing stress and anxiety (mindfulness, breathing, journaling, relaxation techniques). By the end of the mobility, based on the evaluation focus group, at least 80% of participation will report a decrease in their perceived stress levels. => After participating in the project, young people will have practical skills to manage stress and anxiety, enabling them to cope more effectively with personal and social challenges. They will be able to apply these techniques in their daily lives, increasing their resilience and emotional well-being. O3. Participants will develop intercultural communication skills through dialogue and exchange of experiences on mental health, with active participation from 90% of them, demonstrating improved communication skills by the end of the mobility. => As a result of the project, young people will be more confident in their communication skills and will know how to listen and collaborate with people from different cultures. They will be able to share their experiences and understand diverse perspectives, developing teamwork skills and intercultural empathy, useful both personally and professionally. O4. The project will facilitate the participation of 10 young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in intercultural non-formal education activities, reporting progress in the personal and professional competences acquired. => Following the project, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds will be more socially involved and more confident in their own abilities. They will acquire practical and social skills, learn to collaborate in multicultural groups, and be motivated to take part in future initiatives, contributing to social inclusion and personal development. O5. Participants will adopt practices for a healthy lifestyle, and 80% will report improved well-being at the end of the project, measured through self-assessment questionnaires. => After completing the project, young people will be more attentive to their physical and mental health, adopting healthy habits such as balanced nutrition, physical activity, and relaxation techniques. This will improve their overall well-being and encourage them to continue applying the practices acquired even after the project ends.
