Objectives

The idea of the project started from the quote "Human rights begin with breakfast" (René Cassin), which although seems concise is very clear, emphasizing the importance of knowing and respecting human rights and ensuring equitable access to essential resources, education, and employment, in order to promote a dignified life and equal opportunities for all young people. Thus, we believe that the training of youth workers in the field of human rights and equal opportunities becomes crucial, as they play a vital role in the personal and social development of young people, being, most of the time, the first to come into contact with them in extracurricular activities, educational projects and community initiatives/actions. From this position, I can influence young people directly, helping them understand the importance of human rights and how they can be applied in everyday life and especially, supporting them in developing a tolerant behavior towards themselves and others and to position themselves in situations related to any kind of discrimination Goal: Increasing awareness of Human Rights and promoting equal opportunities, diversity and dignity among young people by creating an optimal framework for the exchange of experience and professional training of youth workers OBJECTIVES: 1.
