The project EcoVoices: Youth Empowerment & Climate Action Across Borders was designed to strengthen the role of youth workers in tackling climate change and sustainability challenges by giving them practical tools and experiences that they can apply directly in their daily practice. Youth workers are at the frontline of engaging young people, yet they often lack structured competences in project design, advocacy, and digital communication connected to environmental themes. By combining climate literacy with concrete non-formal education methods, EcoVoices addresses this gap and supports youth workers in becoming multipliers of change in their local contexts. From the perspective of youth work practice, our objectives are: - O1: Equip youth workers with competences in project design, enabling them to create impactful sustainability and advocacy initiatives. - O2: Foster intercultural collaboration by bringing together youth workers from four countries to co-design and implement activities. - O3: Develop participants’ ability to engage young people in community-based environmental and advocacy actions, strengthening their role as multipliers. - O4: Enhance youth workers’ digital communication skills, allowing them to reach broader audiences through campaigns and online storytelling.
