Objectives

From the perspective of youth work practice, our project “Stellium” aims to fundamentally enhance how we support YP's emotional and personal development. We recognize that traditional counselling and guidance methods, while valuable, often fail to fully engage youth facing modern challenges like stress, identity confusion, and a lack of motivation. To bridge this gap, our objectives are to: 1. Modernize the youth work toolkit: equip 48 youth workers with practical, hands-on skills in innovative methodologies. This includes holistic practices like guided meditation and systemic constellations to help YP manage emotions and understand relationship dynamics, and symbolic frameworks like astrology used as a language for self-reflection and identifying personal strengths and challenges. 2. Integrate accessible DT: empower youth workers to confidently use free digital and AI resources (like ChatGPT, meditation apps, and astrology websites) to create more personalized, engaging, and scalable activities, making their support more relevant in a digital age. 3. Enable deeper, personalized support: move youth work beyond one-size-fits-all approaches. Our goal is to enable youth workers to facilitate deeper conversations, foster self-awareness, and build resilience in YP, helping them navigate life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Ultimately, we want to transform youth workers from facilitators of activities into empowered guides who can offer innovative, low-threshold support that addresses the "whole person"—emotional, mental, and digital—especially for those who are hardest to reach.
