Aim: to transform the digital skills of young people aged 16–26 into real civic participation, addressing existing gaps (RO ~28%, BG ~36%, PL ~44%, TR ~33%; Eurostat, 2023). Objectives: (1) Increase digital competences and online safety for ≥80% of participants (digital identity, fact-checking, responsible collaboration). (2) Strengthen knowledge of EU values and social rights so that ≥70% can formulate civic recommendations/initiatives. (3) Stimulate ethical behaviors and critical thinking online for ≥60% through storytelling, memes, and debates. (4) Create participation mechanisms (consultations, dialogue with decision-makers, campaigns) directly involving ≥200 young people and producing visible results (policy briefs, prototypes, events), including 2 young people with fewer opportunities from each country.
