The project aims to give young people in Iasi and rural areas the opportunity to reflect on the future of work and express their vision through a Manifesto 2035. The objectives are: to increase young people's participation in democratic life, to develop critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, to promote inclusion by involving young people with fewer opportunities, and to strengthen dialogue between young people and local, national, and European decision-makers. At the same time, the project aims to familiarize young people with the functioning of EU institutions and how they can actively contribute to policies that directly affect them. Through this process, young people gain confidence in their role as European citizens and become more aware of their rights and responsibilities in society.
