O1: Increasing the level of awareness among 30 adolescents aged 14-16 from Piatra Neamt regarding concepts related to gender, gender stereotypes, and gender equality within the educational context. O2: Raising the awareness of 30 adolescents aged 14-16 from Piatra Neamt about the different ways in which bullying can perpetuate gender stereotypes and manifest as a form of gender-based violence. O3: Strengthening the emotional well-being of these adolescents through the integration of personal reflection activities that support the development of self-confidence and foster awareness in regards to the effects that prejudices and gender stereotypes have on psychological balance. O4: Developing and promoting a strategy for combating gender-based discrimination, in line with European-level recommendations in the field of education, which can be annexed to the internal regulations of 3 high schools in Piatra Neamt.
