We aim to strengthen the role of young people as active actors in their community, increase their level of participation in community life, and create a constant dialogue between them and local authorities. We want to provide young people with real opportunities to get involved, tools to express their opinions and formulate proposals, and confirmation that their voice has a real impact on public decisions. The objectives are: to involve 25 young people in a 16-month participatory process using the method Cetateanul(https://cetateanul.intercultural.ro/) to elaborate a local youth policy plan; to develop civic and dialogue competences through non-formal learning, consultations and participation visits; to increase civic spirit and the level of youth engagement in the community through debates, consultations and a final gala; and to create a sustainable framework of dialogue between young people and decision-makers, ensuring their perspective is constantly included in public policies.
