Through RTC 2.0 we aim to increase democratic participation of rural youth and their resilience to disinformation and radicalisation, building on the first generation of EU Promoters and on the Rural Youth Resolution on Respecting Their Rights as European Citizens. Objectives: 1. Equip a new cohort of 25 Promoters, mentored by Gen-1 alumni, with facilitation, advocacy and civic literacy skills. 2. Deliver at least 30 local workshops for 600+ young people to clarify the roles of EU and national institutions and to practise critical thinking. 3. Leverage and scale the Youth Resolution as a working tool in schools, NGOs and dialogue with authorities, supported by an online campaign. 4. Ensure sustainability through mentorship, an educational toolkit and the continued Promoters’ network.
