The project aims to create a framework for co-creating local youth policies by training youth leaders and politically informed young people, actively involved in decision-making. Specific objectives include: developing critical thinking and initiative through pilot projects for flood risk reduction; learning about European values, institutions, and fundamental rights; strengthening trust in democratic participation through meetings with decision-makers and establishing a Youth Council; engaging youth in monitoring public policies via an online observatory; and enhancing leadership skills and active participation in dialogue with local authorities.
