GOYNG 2 Regional is a Community Leadership Program for young people, with acceptance in the NE area of the country, in which we provide the framework and support for the formation of groups of young people to be active in small urban and rural communities. We want to mainly encourage the growth of social capital, or trust between people and between people and decision makers. Through it, we want: 1- increasing the degree of leadership and empowerment for 100 young people between 16-26 years old from the NE area through active participation and mentoring for new initiative groups. 2- the creation of partnerships between youth groups (initiative groups or youth NGOs) and local authorities/decision makers and materialized in a virtual Hub and through a Youth Public Policy Proposal. 3- the development and maintenance for at least one year of 10 local youth initiative groups from rural and small urban areas (cities under 20 thousand inhabitants) from the North East region of the country.
